Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (256-bit) and encrypted at rest. Sensitive fields such as PAN and financial details are protected throughout their lifecycle on our platform.

Access controls

• Access to your data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
• The Chartered Accountant assigned to your return sees only what is required to prepare it.
• Administrative access is logged and protected with strong authentication.

Official, direct filing

Returns are filed directly through the official Income Tax Department e-filing portal. We follow ISO-grade data-handling practices and do not sell your data to third parties.

Infrastructure

Our services run on reputable cloud infrastructure with network isolation, regular patching, and automated backups. We monitor for unusual activity and maintain incident-response procedures.

What you can do

• Use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials private.
• Only upload documents through our official site or verified WhatsApp number.
• Be alert to phishing — we will never ask for your password or OTP over chat.
