These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaxTime Advisors website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

TaxTime Advisors is a tax-filing facilitation platform that helps individuals prepare and e-file Income Tax Returns, either via guided self-filing or with the assistance of a Chartered Accountant. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Income Tax Department of India or the Government of India.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
  • Review your return before it is filed; you are responsible for the final contents of your return.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not misuse the platform.

3. Plans, fees & payments

Filing fees are shown per plan (Basic, Silver, Gold, Diamond) and are one-time, per filing. The plan applicable to you depends on your income and the ITR form required. Prices and offers may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies.

4. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once work on your return has begun. If we are unable to provide the service you paid for, contact support@taxtimeadvisors.com and we will review your request fairly.

5. Accuracy guarantee

For assisted plans, if an error on our part results in an incorrect return, we will re-file it at no cost. This does not cover errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxTime Advisors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant filing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
